How does Pay in 30 days work?

With Pay in 30 days, you can receive and review your order at home before ever making a payment. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive the instructions to pay via email or you can manage your orders in the Klarna App. Should there be a problem with the delivery or with the product itself you can pause your payment via the app to give yourself time to resolve the problem with the delivery company or the merchant.

The products are delivered from Nordic Topline storage.  

Orders made on non-holiday weekday are processed the same day and are typically delivered within 1-4 days within Finland.
International orders may be delivered within 2-7 days.

‘Days’ in this sense is referred to Monday-Friday.

We reserve all stock items to may be sold out before we can update the site. In this case, we will contact the customer with more information and new estimated delivery. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if the item is not in stock. The packages are delivered by mail or another carrier to deliver. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Finland that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.


Nordic Topline is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is essential that you check your order immediately. If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@nordic-topline.fi

Right of withdrawal and purchase

Private Customers under the Distance Contracts right to 14 days. This means that the customer has the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Return the product must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/return of goods, the customer for the return shipping.

In connection with the registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations solely to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to get the information we have stored on you, and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar circumstances beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement/pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
